FAQ: Scheduling Astrological Readings

Answers to the most frequently asked questions regarding scheduling Astrological Readings with Caroline W. Casey. 

     
  •  I would like an Astrological Reading session with Caroline – how do I begin? 

First, purchase your reading here – after your purchase is complete you receipt will be sent to our scheduling ally who will contact you via email, to the email you listed on the form. (Please allow 24-48 hours for scheduling to be in contact.)

In this email, scheduling will provide a list of the next available appointment slots (see below for days and times of Caroline’s typical appointment slots). Please respond asap with your top 2 to 3 options so that we may schedule you as promptly as possible.

     
  • If I purchase a reading today, how long will it be until my reading will happen? 

Caroline is typically booked 3+ months into the future.

This window does fluctuate and you can contact us ahead of time to see when the next available openings are, but we can only book appointments after a reading has been purchased.

     
  • What days and times are Caroline’s appointment slots? 

Caroline’s typical* appointment slots are as follows:

*Caroline’s schedule is subject to change based on travel, speaking engagements, and other opportunities.

We can accommodate international time differences, let us know where you are located and the best times of day for you.

     
  • What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

If you do need to cancel or reschedule please contact Scheduling as soon as possible. If your cancellation is within 24 hours of your appointment (or you miss your appointment), there will be a $75 rescheduling fee that we will bill you for, payment must be made prior to rescheduling.

     
  • What happens when someone else cancels? 

If you would like to be put on the ‘cancellation list’ please let Scheduling know at the time you make your appointment. If we have enough time to re-schedule after a cancellation, we will contact this list first.

     
  • Does Caroline offer discounts or specials?

A limited amount of reading specials are offered a few times a year – check here for reading specials of now.

     
  • What is Zoom? 

Zoom is a free web call program (similar to but much better than Skype). You can learn more about Zoom on their website: https://zoom.us/

If you don’t yet have zoom, downloading the application is free and simple. It’s best if you do this prior to your reading so that the link Caroline sends by email will automatically open into the application.

  • Cart Issues

If the Quantity (#) is higher than desired:
1. Go to your cart
2. Click in the box with the number of items, under Quantity
3. Change that number to 1 (delete the number, type in 1)
4. Click the button to Update Total
 
If cart does not update, contact us.
 
If there are multiple items listed in the cart & you would like to delete items: 
1. Go to your cart
2. Click the trash can icon under Quantity to delete the item on that line
3. Delete each line item individually as desired
4. Cart should update/refresh itself, if it does not, click the button to Update Total
