Update! Miss Fox is home with the pack, healing

My Beloved dog, Miss Fox, essential member of my supportive pack, mysteriously broke a bone in her foot – over 2 months ago – still healing, in a cast…
($10,000 so far in that adventure… but I did it by hook and crook!)

 

Then, mysteriously, she stopped eating…

blood work at our vet… kidney failure, at death’s door, rush to intensive care vet, Veterinary Referral Associates who took her in, intensive care, good work, kept her alive… $6,000 for starters (put on my Amex card – what the hell – we gotta do it…)

5 days in….
She just started eating, this morning (after not eating for over a week) and her kidney values are stabilizing….

Might be able to come home tomorrow…

 

But I owe $7,482.39 more – to be able to take her home….
